Ms. Little focuses on investment opportunities in consumer health, medical devices, mobile health and scientific instrumentation. Over the years she has worked closely with several of WRF Capital's investments, including Amnis (acquired by EMD Millipore), Clarisonic (acquired by L'Oreal) and Corus Pharma (acquired by Gilead Sciences). She currently oversees WRF Capital's investments in Accium BioSciences, Cardiac Insight, EKOS, FlexMinder, GlobeImmune, Mirador Biomedical, Mobisante, Modumetal, Sigby, Targeted Growth and Trace Detect. Prior to joining WRF Capital, Ms. Little served as senior technology licensing manager at Washington Research Foundation. Earlier, she worked as a marketing manager for a scientific reagent company and as a market consultant for life science companies. Ms. Little received an MBA from the University of Arizona and a B.A. in zoology from Pomona College. She currently serves as a board member of WINGS—The Washington Medical Technology Angel Network and is actively involved with several advisory boards related to angel investing and commercialization, including the Alliance of Angels, the Washington Biotechnology and Biomedical Association (WBBA) and the Global Social Entrepreneurship Competition. |

Mr. Le focuses on investment opportunities in biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, enterprise software and advanced materials. Since joining WRF Capital, he has worked closely with the management teams and boards of Corus Pharma (acquired by Gilead Sciences), HaloSource (LSE: HALO.L), Hyperion Therapeutics (NasdaqGM: HPTX), Lumera (NasdaqNM: LMRA), Pathway Medical Technologies (acquired by MEDRAD, Inc., an affiliate of Bayer HealthCare) and Performant (acquired by Mercury Interactive). He currently represents WRF Capital as a director of Accelerator, Acylin Therapeutics, Arzeda, Groove Biopharma and Oncofactor, and is a board observer at Alder Biopharmaceuticals, appAttach, Cardeas Pharma, Resolve Therapeutics, Uptake Medical and VLST. Prior to joining WRF Capital, Mr. Le was the founder, president and chief executive officer of MiniMeals, Inc. and a consultant for Capital Management Consulting, Inc. Earlier he was at Raymond James & Associates, Singer & Xenos Investment Management Company and Capital Management Group LLC, a private investment firm specializing in biomedical ventures. Mr. Le completed postgraduate studies at the Templeton College of Oxford University and earned a bachelor of arts cum laude in government from Harvard University. He also serves on the executive boards of the Evergreen Venture Capital Association, the Washington Biotechnology & Biomedical Association (Chairman) and the Washington Global Health Fund. |

Mr. Reagh (pronounced "Ray") focuses on investments in communications, electronics and information technology, including software, semiconductor and internet-related applications. Mr. Reagh has helped to organize and finance numerous companies at WRF Capital, including Farecast (acquired by Microsoft), Lumera (NasdaqNM: LMRA), Numinous Technologies (acquired by Microsoft) and Performant (acquired by Mercury Interactive). Mr. Reagh currently oversees WRF Capital’s investments in appAttach, Corensic, EnerG2, MicroGREEN Polymers, Nimbic, nLight Photonics and Skytap. Mr. Reagh received a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a bachelor of science in physics from Stanford University. He has been admitted to the bar of the State of Washington, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. |
