expression.

Research Use Only License Agreement
Please print, complete and return two copies of the
AGREEMENT to Washington Research Foundation. The EFFECTIVE
DATE will be the date of signing by a WRF director. A copy
of the signed AGREEMENT will be returned to LICENSEE promptly.
An invoice for the License Fee will be faxed within 1 business day of the
EFFECTIVE DATE. The AGREEMENT will not be valid unless executed
by both parties and payment in the amount invoiced is received
within 15 days of the EFFECTIVE DATE.
